Refund Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products.
For digital products purchased in iTunes Store, FreeRamble Technology Inc. as a developer can not process the refund request. Please refer to the Apple refund process .
For digital products purchased in Google Play, we provide below developer refund policy as the complementary of Google Play Refund Policy.
- We support the refund for purchased credit packages, with all these conditions required, 1) None of the credits in the package has been consumed; 2) Your account does not have any future unexecuted tasks to use credits; 3) Your purchase credits have not expired.
- We support the refund for the standard subscription in current period, with these conditions required, 1) None of the bonus credits in the standard subscription has been consumed; 2) Your account does not have any future unexecuted tasks to use credits; 3) Your current subscription has not expired. Any subscription cost for past subscription periods will not be refunded.
- We don't support the refund for Private Number subscription, even it does not expire. Users can cancel the subscription any time. Once cancelled, at the last day of current subscription period, the Private Number will expire and the number will be released.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. The refund period will be controlled by Google Play.
