Slack is the perfect communication tool for teams of any size! It allows you to create a workspace where you can add your entire team. This acts as an instant messaging service where you can either communicate with 1 person via direct messages or you can have different channels that act as group chats where you can allow certain users to access.
This means you can have a channel for your IT team, for management, marketing, etc. This is a great way to stay in touch with your team while working remotely!
It is free to use with some limitations, but you can also subscribe to unlock all of its features.
Dropbox

Dropbox is an app that lets you store and access your files from any device. This is perfect if you do work both on your computer and phone, as you can easily save the files to your Dropbox and access them from there.
This is also an easy way to be prepared for when you start working in the office again. Instead of having to send your files over one by one you can easily access them through Dropbox on your work computer.

You can also create spreadsheets with Google Sheets, slideshows with Google Slides and information forms with Google Forms.
