Apple has just finished their 2019 live keynote events with some exciting new announcements! In this article we will take a look at the most exciting news to come out of the live event. The latest iPhone is known as the iPhone 11, and is expected to have a camera that is extremely more powerful than the previous iphones.
iPhone 11
The newest iPhone is expected to launch with 6 different colours, including red, black, white, yellow, green and purple. The iPhone 11 will offer a double camera that allows you to take wide and ultra wide cameras. The phone is powered by the A13 Bionic chip to offer the best experience. The iPhone 11 will be available to pre-order beginning September 13th and in stores one week later on September 20th.
iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max
One of the most anticipated (but not surprising) announcements was the newest and most advanced iPhone yet. The iPhone Pro and Pro max are set to have a new triple camera that will offer beautiful imagery and capture 4x more scene. The triple camera allows 4x optical zoom range which is significantly more than previous iPhones. They will come in 4 different colours: midnight green, space grey, silver and gold. As with the iPhone 11, they will be available online for preorder on September 13th and in stores beginning September 20th.
Apple Watch Series 5
One of the biggest updates coming with the new Apple Watch is the always on-display screen. This means you can easily glance down at your watch and view the time and any health concerns! They are also including a compass on the watch and an app to show your latitude, longitude, incline and more. It is set to be released on September 20th. The new watch will be launching with watchOS 6 that we discussed here.
iPad Seventh Generation
The latest iPad will be released with the new operating software iPadOS. Which will offer different features than the current iOS that is used for both iPad and iPhones. Read more about iPadOS in our previous article. It offers a 10.2-inch retina display with 3.5 million pixels. The new iPad is available for order online and will be in stores on September 30th. It will offer support for Apple Pencil and the full-size Smart Keyboard. Allowing users more flexibility then ever before. There is also a large focus on multitasking.
Apple TV+
Apple TV+ is a subscription service similar to Netflix, where you will get access to a library of different shows and movies. As of right now what all will be in the library is still unknown, but it is expected to have exclusives that will only be available on Apple TV+. They have also listed some of the shows they plan on adding, including: “The Morning Show,” “Dickinson,” “See,” “For All Mankind” and “The Elephant Queen”.
Apple Arcade
Apple Arcade is set to be a new service that Apple is planning on offering. The idea is to offer a subscription to play different games that they offer through the app. Currently it seems that they will offer a range of mobile games but. The Arcade is planned launch on September 19th in 150 countries across the world with over 100 unique games, costing $4.99 per month. These are games that will not include any advertisements or in-app purchases. They have several well known game companies such as Ubisoft, Square Enix, Bandai Namco and more.
